Yes, as a potential intern you need to register for the site in order to apply for internships. You can do so by logging in here.

To apply, create an account as an intern. Once logged in, click on "find internship." This will take you to a list of available internships. Click apply, and you will go through the process of attaching your resume and cover letter and entering billing information. You should add your resume and cover letter to your account prior to applying so they are available to be selected during the application process. 

As FreeFashionInternships has grown throughout the years, we have identified different functionalities that would greatly improve your user experience and ability to apply to internships effectively. In order to provide you with these features, we had to implement a small fee to support these changes. We want to keep internship applications as inexpensive as possible since you need to apply to multiple opportunities when effectively trying to obtain an internship opportunity.

Our solution: a majority of your applications are free, and the most popular internships, marked #TRENDING, are $3 per application. It costs less than a coffee at Starbucks to apply to your dream internship! All internships are initially free when posted, so check daily to get as many free applications as possible.

All applications are non-refundable. We recommend that you thoroughly vet all available opportunities prior to applying and check you are sending through the correct information.

The ability to offer internships to those living abroad is ultimately up to the hiring manager's discretion, and we have had multiple international candidates receive internships through the website. Sometimes, internship listings will indicate whether they are open to international applications or not. If not, please make sure to ask this during the interview process. 
 

No, we do not directly place interns, nor do we provide contact information for you to contact companies directly. Should a company be interested in interviewing you for an internship opportunity, they will reach out to you directly using the contact information you provided on your resume.

It is the internship seeker's responsibility to independently review all posting companies, offers, terms, and locations of interviews/workplaces.

If you accept an internship and do not feel safe/comfortable with your employer or workplace, remove yourself from the situation immediately. In other words, please do your homework and use common sense when applying, interviewing, and accepting internship opportunities.

Create an account by clicking on the "sign in" button located in the upper right-hand corner of the main page. Fill out the form using a company-issue email address, or your account will be deleted. Once submitted, you will be able to post your internship listings instantaneously and they will be valid for 30 days. Candidates will be able to view your listings and submit their resumes through the website, keeping your inbox free of applicant emails and your contact information private. Additional features include resume management and linked company accounts. A basic post is $9.99, with additional features such as inclusion in our weekly e-blast to 16,500 active users or placement on our front page.

Sign in to your account and navigate to the 'Internships' page under your account details in your dashboard. All of your active internships will appear on this page for you to manage.

Go to the login page and click "forgot password". If you still experience issues, please contact us for further assistance.
 

No internship applications will be sent to your email. All applications can be viewed by logging into your account and clicking the "view" button next to the relevant internship post. There you can manage all applications and reach out to those who may be a good fit using the contact information provided on their resume. 

By selecting the feature option, your internship will appear on the front page of the site or at the top of the listing page for a small fee to increase the visibility of your post. It will be displayed for one week, effective immediately. Please note that this does not guarantee applications, nor is it refundable or able to be pro-rated.
