Responsibilities:
This internship is unpaid.
We have an exciting opportunity for volunteers for our upcoming New York Resort market. Working alongside our Wholesale Team, this two-week role will provide excellent experience, commencing first week September 10th – 13th and second week September 16th – 20th
Requirements:• Volunteer to be available full time across both weeks specified above
• Food and travel costs covered by ZIMMERMANN
Volunteer Sales Coordinator responsibilities:
• Coordinating on-site set up for markets
• Appointment assistance/maintenance of market diary based on market dates
• Assisting with backroom model dressing
• Assisting with Showroom maintenance (before and after showings)
• Responsible for sample management
• Assisting with line sheet updates and JOOR orders
• Prospecting and researching new wholesale accounts
• Providing administrative assistance (filing, printing, faxing, answering phones, taking messages etc.)
• Coordinating on-site set up for markets
• Appointment assistance/maintenance of market diary based on market dates
• Assisting with backroom model dressing
• Assisting with Showroom maintenance (before and after showings)
• Responsible for sample management
• Assisting with line sheet updates and JOOR orders
• Prospecting and researching new wholesale accounts
