This internship is paid.
We Were Once Fiends is a New York City based brand. We incorporate high-end tailoring techniques with utilitarian sensibilities. All of our garments are made in house or locally in NYC.
Requirements:Fashion student or recent graduate is preferred but not required for this position. Adobe Creative Suite a plus. Please submit your portfolio if you have one. Immediate start date is preferable but flexible for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:Be a part of this small design team and gain hands-on experience assisting with the following:
Research and Design,
Sketch and Illustration,
Cad and flats,
Technical design,
Patternmaking,
Fitting,
Sourcing Materials and Fabrics,
Photo Shoots,
etc.
