Tanya Taylor is looking for Sales & Merchandising Internship
Tanya Taylor is a New York-based womenswear brand whose mission is to inspire all women to live in color. Through the artful use of color and original hand-painted prints, each Tanya Taylor collection is designed to bring confidence and high-energy happiness into daily life.
Each Tanya Taylor collection is designed with real women in mind. We consider fit and function, so that women can use our clothing as a tool to feel like the best version of themselves each day.
We are looking for an in-person intern who is passionate, hardworking, detail oriented and a creative thinker to join our Sales Team in New York City. This internship is unpaid so candidates must be able to receive academic credit.
• Currently enrolled in university
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Strong in Microsoft office skills (excel, word)
• Proficient to strong retail math experience
• Available a minimum of 2 days a week with access to computer and internet for remote work
• Rising Junior or Rising Senior
• Must receive school credit for the internship
• Work at least 1 day a week in our NYC office
• Assist with sample management including copy info, ensuring samples arrive to and from accounts in a timely manner
• Weekly update of ATS ('Available to sell' reports)
• Assisting in day-to-day operations including market preparation, order maintenance, photoshoots, assist in logging bookings, reorders/returns, booked vs shipped
• Report development in Excel, Joor, and other operating systems
