Tanya Taylor is looking for motivated, independent, and creative individuals to fill their Fall 2019 Sales Intern in their beautiful new showroom. Ideally, a candidate will have great individual and teamwork skills while also thinking and adapting quickly when given a task. Tanya Taylor is looking for individuals who are able to function well in a fast paced environment, amongst a small team.
- Strong organization skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable navigating Manhattan
- Available 2 days/week minimum
- Assist with curation of Tanya Taylor showroom to reflect vision of creative director, including garment dissemination and beautification.
- Assist with sample traffic, including liaison with stylists, publications, and production agencies to facilitate transfer of garments/accessories associated with press, editorial, or celebrity requests.
- Regular inventory checks of current and archival collections and materials.
- Weekly update of ATS
- Assisting with day to day operations including presentation, castings, market appointments, and events
- Compile weekly selling reports for majors and end of season selling by style reports
- Assist with general shipments and packaging of orders.
- Report development in Excel, JOOR, and other operating systems
