Requirements
1. Enrolled in an Associate’s/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s program at an accredited college or university if candidate wishes to receive credit for internship
2. Major in PR or Marketing (not required)
3. 18 years or older
4. Computer skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook
5. Strong teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
6. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
7. A multi-tasker, proactively seeks out opportunities to support the team with a can-do and follow- through attitude
8. Work well in a fast-paced environment
9. Strong organizational skills
Marketing:
- Help compile competitive research
- Gain understanding of marketing KPIs across ecommerce and social media channels
- Assist with shoot production
- Help organize and maintain imagery library
- Assist with the tracking of invoices and expenses
- Assist with marketing collateral
- Reach out to potential marketing partners to schedule meetings as needed
- Event coordination and support
- Deck building and formatting
- *Graphic design skills are a plus but not required
Social Media:
- Shadow marketing team to gain understanding of how to appropriately source and curate brand imagery
- Assist with social media planning and content curation
- Learn how to track key performance indicators for social media and effectively communicate results with team
- Maintain and update list of brand appropriate bloggers and influencers
- Facilitate blogger outreach and shipments for key marketing initiatives
