• Available 2 full days a week or 3 half days a week
• Must be able to receive academic credit
• Strong interest in the fashion industry
• Passionate about sales, merchandising, operations, and logistics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and is professional and reliable
• Have access to a computer / laptop with reliable access to the internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint in addition to the Google Suite
• Bonus: Previous fashion internship experience
GOALS
• Learn the ins and outs of omni channel retail (wholesale, ecommerce, and DTC Brick & Mortar), focusing on DTC planning, operations, and project management
• Learn how a small core team collaborates within a growing company
• Understand how to build a retail store from the ground up
• Improve project management skills with real-life project support
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct competitive store/ fashion research
• Assist the merchandising + sales teams with product assortment
• Help track team hiring process for a new sales team
• Coordinate with logistic manager, warehouse, and production team to ensure smooth shipping deliveries
• Assist with weekly meeting agendas and taking notes
• Assist Senior Retail Project manager on day-to-day activities, updates, and reports
• Help coordinate branded + printed materials for retail location
