SWORDS-SMITH is an innovative new retailer of womenswear, menswear, jewelry and accessories. The store and website carry a unique curation of more than 80 talented designers, the in-house Swords-Smith collection and exclusive collaborations with other brands, artists and friends. The store is a creative space, often hosting parties, designer events, pop-up shops and art installations, located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We are seeking responsible, creative and thoughtful people who are pursuing a career in fashion. We are a growing independent business with a tight-knit team and a start-up mentality. We are innovative and reactive, utilizing creative problem solving to achieve ambitious goals and objectives. Swords-Smith is seeking motivated, talented students to assist in marketing and merchandising duties across multiple online platforms. Applicant should be knowledgeable and passionate about independent designers. Responsibilities include: - assisting the head of marketing - assisting with content and copy for email marketing - assisting with ad creative - merchandising website - copy writing - creating and sourcing content for social media - maintaining marketing calendar
