SV Productions is looking for Special Events Internship
SV Productions is looking for two-three reliable and motivated people to join our team this fall. You will be assisting on numerous fashion, art, virtual and charity events starting end of August 2023 for 4-6 months. You will gain a working knowledge of event design and production and gain practical experience for a career in the event industry. You will receive hands-on experience, as working events are mandatory.
Have a working knowledge of G Suite Programs (Sheets, Slides, Docs), Work onsite at Events, Perform physical labor at times (helping load trucks for events or organize our storage room), Be punctual and reliable, Have an interest in event production as a career, Be organized and detail-oriented, Be natural problem solvers, Experience is a plus
Supporting team on mood boards and concept creation, Helping in the office with accounting books and generalized needs, Learning and helping with venue management and sourcing, Creating and maintaining contact lists & production schedules for events, Researching venues, materials, decor, event specific items, etc. for rent for each project as needed, Preparing for shows (organizing supplies, creating backstage signage, etc.)
This internship is unpaid.
