Shop Repurpose is a grant making nonprofit that donates 100% of net proceeds from resale luxury items to organizations that support the health and wellbeing of women and families. In addition to supporting select organizations, our operations empower women from under resourced backgrounds through mentorship and workforce opportunities.
We are looking to bring on new designers to the Repurposed by Repurpose team. We receive a large number of donated items that cannot be re-sold as in. The Repurposed by Repurpose team works to turn these overly-loved garments into new, unique pieces.

As a nonprofit organization, our workforce development program is dedicated to providing mentorship to first-generation college students or graduates. Please include in your cover letter why you are a good candidate for this position and if relevant, feel free to include any information about your journey in working towards economic independence.
Responsibilities: - Sketch ideas for new garments made out of donated luxury items
- Use a sewing machine and/or hand sewing techniques to execute new designs
- Work with the creative team to come up with marketing ideas for Repurposed by Repurpose items
- Mend damaged items
