Sarah Seven is looking for a paid intern from February 15th for 3 months, job opportunity available after internship. In the position of Assistant Designer for women's wear. During this 3 month period you will be working hands on with our Assistant Designer. Job duties: copying patterns, cutting muslins, drafting patterns and depending on skill level - editing patterns, draping initial designs.

-Knowledge in garment construction
-Ability to multi task in a deadline driven fast paced environment.
-Highly proficient in Excel, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
-Being highly detail oriented and follow directions is necessary
-Strong ability to work well within a —-team-based environment under stress.
-Positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must.
-Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design
-sourcing fabrics and trimmings
-creating mood, shape and trend boards
-an eye for design and colour
-excellent presentation skills
-strong pattern cutting skills
