Requirements: * Minimum 3-month commitment (must sign a letter of commitment) * Upper-level, graduate level or degree in fashion design and merchandising * Strong understanding and knowledge of social media * Some pattern making and sewing skills desired but not required * Excellent communication skills * Up to date on new fashion trends * Reliable and punctual * Should be open-minded, a fast learner, enthusiastic and adaptable * Good email and telephone etiquette * Strong organizational skills * Ability to follow directions and complete tasks when given and able to work unsupervised at times * Ability to research and resolve problems * Comfortable working with Apple Mac * MS Word and Excel proficient * Photoshop proficient * Reliable transportation
S * TEAM APPAREL LLC is an apparel company based in Orange County, CA offering the latest trends in men's and ladies fashions. We are seeking ten ambitious and passionate interns who can handle many types of tasks from assisting with design and customer service to shipping of our garments. We do in-house design, pattern-making, sample making, e-commerce and festival/event selling, shipping of finished goods to customers and wholesale clients. You will be given hands-on, valuable experience that will help to prepare you for a career in fashion. We are currently seeking interns who can commit as least 2-3 half days (4-6 hours) per week. Your role will be office based, but will also involve out-of-office events e.g. Fashion Week/Industry events. The internships will begin February 1, 2018.
