Role overview:
Robert Verdi, Inc. is seeking a skilled, performance-driven individual for a part-creative, part-administrative role in a fast-paced fashion environment. The position is part-time with flexible hours. Organization and ability to multi-task are a must. Knowledge of Google Cloud products like Sheets and Tables are a plus. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are a plus.

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate student in junior or senior year
- Previous internship experience within a related field a plus
- Solid working proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Computer Literate with Word+Excel and Photoshop+InDesign knowledge a plus
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, collaborative team environments
- Adaptable bandwidth for efficient project management and production
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
Responsibilities Include:
SAMPLE MANAGEMENT – EDITORIAL & CELEBRITY
- Assist and coordinate with all sample requests (with priority etc.)
- Pack dispatched and unpack all returned samples
- Merchandise all samples in appropriate showroom display areas, following
loans and returns
- Manage all incoming/outgoing packages and shipments
CREDIT INFORMATION & MONTHLY EDITORIAL REPORTS
- Assist with magazine credit requests
- Maintain up-to-date record of daily/weekly/monthly credits
- Keep store informed of upcoming credits
- Assist with maintaining up-to-date records of color + trend reports
MERCHANDISING/VISUALS
- Merchandise showroom on daily basis, as samples move in and out
