Rhié is a womenswear brand founded in 2011, with a flagship store in the West Village. With a loyal clientele, Rhié has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and Vogue who named the store a "hidden gem".
Requirements:We are looking for candidates who are currently students studying Fashion Design or a related field with knowledge of basic garment construction and Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator. Great for candidates looking for a hands on experience with a small, high end brand and retail connection to customers.
Responsibilities:The intern will have a wide range of hands-on tasks within the activities of the brand. Responsibilities will include:
-Liasing with factories and vendors in the garment district
-Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator graphics related to textile or print design
-Organizing inventory
-Assisting with customer service related activities
The internship is unpaid but interns will receive a daily stipend for travel and meals.
We are looking for availability for a minimum of 2 days a week.
