Qualified intern applicants must-
• Have a strong interest in Public Relations and previous experience in fashion or related industry.
• Be enthusiastic, organized, detail oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced working environment.
• Have a general understanding of major fashion publications.
• Be proficient with computer programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe.
• Have a working knowledge of Fashion GPS.
• Be available to work a minimum of two days a week.
• Be motivated and passionate.

This internship is unpaid, candidates MUST receive college credit.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to-
• Assisting and supporting the Public Relations department as directed by carrying out administrative assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinating sample pulls for editorial shoots, VIP stylists, and internal teams.
• Facilitating package delivery, coordinating messenger services, as well as national and international shipping.
• Placement overview, including tagging magazines, preparing weekly credit packages and maintaining placement reports.
• Assisting with showroom maintenance and upkeep of all product closets.
• Maintaining accurate product inventories and preserving the integrity of the samples over the course of the season.
• Assisting department with other tasks, i.e. scheduling appointments, preparing events, etc.
• Assisting with special projects and market research as needed.
