Proenza Schouler is a New York based womenswear and accessories brand founded in 2002 by
designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez. The duo met while studying at Parson’s
School of Design eventually collaborating on their senior thesis which became their first collection
as Proenza Schouler.
You will learn the role of reverse logistics to maintain client relationships, the importance of domestic and international operations, and have an opportunity to learn about handbag construction, material, and hardware
Candidates must demonstrate an interest in the fashion industry, be highly organized, hardworking,
and pro-active. In addition, candidates must be very detail-oriented and possess the
ability to multitask. They must be able to work well both independently and with others. Excellent
communication with department members about tasks assigned is essential to this position.
This is an unpaid internship; school credit preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel

-Being skilled with data-entry is a plus
-Having previous fashion production experience, especially in hardware/leather good accessories is a plus
-Having an interest in customer/client relations is a plus
• Facilitating reverse logistics processes for item returns/swaps/damages using a database
• Maintaining an organized, positive approach to assisting accounts and customers
• Facilitating domestic and international operations
•Understanding and carrying out client repair requests for handbags - this will include understanding how to assess damages, QC repairs
