We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Assistant to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. High school diploma or equivalent (Studying in the Fashion Field).
Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Assist in Production Planning: Collaborate with the Production Manager and team to help plan and schedule production activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and equipment, and coordinate with relevant suppliers to ensure adequate stock.
Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on products at various stages of production to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
Material Handling: Safely transport, store, and organize materials, ensuring efficient and organized workflow.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including logs, reports, and documentation related to production activities.
Assist in Workflow Coordination: Work closely with team members to coordinate tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth production flow.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address any production-related issues or bottlenecks, and communicate them to the Production Manager for resolution.
This internship is unpaid.
