Description:Parade is a pre-launch brand focused on making accessible underwear more inclusive, playful, and fun. This is a massive market controlled by the aging (and ridiculously out of touch) Victoria’s Secret and we believe there’s an opportunity to build a bold, emotional brand that resonates with real 18-25 yr-old women. We’re backed by the same venture capital investors as Birchbox, Goop, Rothy’s, Warby Parker, and more.
We’re looking for someone who wants to be an early team player at a fast-growing, best-in-class startup looking to help us define what the next generation of underwear looks and feels like in a merchandising role.
Requirements:- Commitment is 15-20 hours a week, pay negotiable! Certainly could transition to full time or a summer internship.
- Self starter, ability to drive projects, quick, diligent, ability to working across disciplines preferred!
- Design or technical skills could be helpful, though not required.
Responsibilities:- Think through strategy around new product lines, fabric innovation, and long-term SKU growth.
- Prepare competitive benchmarking, trends in the industry, as well as help us understand existing brands and their merchandising strategy.
- Help us as we develop pricing architecture & developing surveys to test on pricing & product.
- Be a part of shaping special creative projects for social, marketing, and more that involve new product lines & launches
