Nooar, a new NYC based fashion brand, is looking for a packaging designer to design and execute product packaging for our e-Commerce.
Location optional – can either work remotely or from our office in NYC (41st and Broadway).

• Must have knowledge of industry software - fluency in at least two of the following design programs: InDesign, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop or comparable programs.
• Creativity and accuracy with a STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAILS.
• Ability to source relevant suppliers and understand cost structure.
• A true passion for fashion and understanding the consumer shopping experience.
• Most importantly – someone who gets things done!

The packaging designer will develop creative ideas and concepts and create an eye-catching, cost-effective and safe packaging for products with solutions that have a high visual impact and are aligned with the Nooar brand’s concept and objectives. The designer will be responsible for finding proper suppliers and create a prototype that can be analyzed by Nooar for samples, and ready for production.
Package designer will help meet marketing needs by creating attractive and luxuries packaging for delicate intimate apparel products in a cost-effective packaging that meets shipping needs and marketing goals. The designer may be meeting with packaging suppliers or consumer groups to develop ideas.
Must have experience working with creative design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to combine typography, graphics and other design elements.
The deliverables include design for packaging, labels and other package related branding materials such as stickers and receipts.
