NATHAN & MOE has an immediate opening for a Production Assistant/Intern to work hand in hand with the designer/owner of the brand. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter to learn development and production and be heavily involved in all processes relating to the creation of seasonal collections, from design to production and delivery to stores. The right candidate is an organized, detail oriented, strategic thinker who is a self-starter and comfortable taking initiative
Requirements:• Strong ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Resourceful and able to problem-solve independently
• Strong verbal, written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Flexible to changing needs and tasks with short notice
• Easygoing, positive attitude; reliable and punctual

• DESIGN
o Create detailed spec sheets of collection pieces for production partners based on new and existing designs.
• PRODUCTION
o Build strong relationships with all production partners to ensure deadlines are being met and orders are completed properly.
o Ability to travel (within NYC) to suppliers and showrooms to meet with and pick up/drop off supplies and finished pieces when needed.
• SHIPPING
o Review all inbound showroom orders and work to ensure all orders are being completed in a timely manner.
• INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
o Regularly review inventory of supplies to ensure proper stock in preparation of store orders, trunk shows, etc
• Maintain line-sheets for seasonal collections with accurate pricing, supply details and other pertinent information as reference for internal team.
• Support on social media for the brand
• Attend trade shows as needed
