Morgan Lane is a high-end specialty line, using silk appliqué, embroidery, and modern fabrications to create a new sweet take on lingerie, nightwear, and swimwear. Morgan's illustrations of the brand icon, a doll named Lanie, appear in a custom novelty lace, embroidered on silk, and on the unique packaging. The collection has been picked up by prominent stores in the US and Worldwide such as Moda Operandi, Harrods, Le Bon Marche, Matches Fashion, Isetan, Selfridge's and Shopbop, Saks Fifth Ave, Bergdorf Goodman. Requirements:The internship will be extremely hands on with large responsibilities. Interns can expect to work with a small team at Morgan Lane as well as personally with Morgan. Day to day tasks will include the following:
- color, mood, design boards
- helping to choose fabrics and motifs
- working with sample room
- helping with the website and e-commerce
- helping to send out press samples
- sketching and flats with photoshop

INTERN SHOULD HAVE...
- exceptional organization skills
- experience making inspiration boards and doing research
- drawing and illustration skills (not required but preferred)
- Experience in Photoshop and illustrator (not required but preferred)
- skills in Excel, Word and Power Point
- great attitude!
