Monzlapur LLC is looking for Fashion Design Intern

This internship is unpaid.
Monzlapur is a unisex label that creates elevated, urban ready-to-wear and limited-edition attire. Our aesthetic plays with boundaries that define gender, ethnicity and creates fluid and timeless perspectives.
We will be work between our studio in Brooklyn, a store in Soho, and with the sample rooms in the Garment District Manhattan.
Requirements:We will be work between our studio in Brooklyn, a store in Soho, and with the sample rooms in the Garment District Manhattan.
-Knowledge of pattern drafting for ready-to-wear including tops, pants, some dresses.
-Knowledge of cutting patterns (we will be doing a lot of this).
-Hand sewing skills to sew labels, buttons, small design details etc.
-Communication skills
-Responsible and good communication skill.
-Positive Energy.
Responsibilities:-Knowledge of cutting patterns (we will be doing a lot of this).

To help draft patterns, edit and rework existing patterns.
Helping cut fabric for our sample collection + Custom orders
Assisting in running errands , shopping for trims, dropping samples, fabric back and forth to factories.
