This internship is unpaid.
Monzlapur is a unisex label that creates elevated, urban ready-to-wear and limited-edition attire. Our aesthetic plays with boundaries that define gender, ethnicity and creates fluid and timeless perspectives.
We will be work between our studio in Brooklyn, and with the sample rooms in the Garment District Manhattan.
Requirements:We will be work between our studio in Brooklyn, and with the sample rooms in the Garment District Manhattan.
-Knowledge of pattern drafting for ready-to-wear including tops, pants, some dresses.
-Knowledge of cutting patterns (we will be doing a lot of this).
-Hand sewing skills to sew labels, buttons, small design details etc.
-Communication skills
-Responsible and good communication skill.
-Positive Energy.
Responsibilities:-Knowledge of cutting patterns (we will be doing a lot of this).

To help draft patterns, edit and rework existing patterns.
Helping cut fabric for our FW22 collection + Custom orders
Assisting in running errands , shopping for trims, dropping samples, fabric back and forth to factories.
