Description:Monica Hansen Beachwear is looking for multiple interns to help grow the clothing line and company! This will be an absolutely incredible experience for any students or recent graduates interested in learning how to launch a successful clothing line, or to specifically anyone looking for experience with design, manufacturing, promoting a brand and selling to retailers and distributors. MHB was launched in 2016, and ever since we have all been insanely busy and need some additional hands and brains to continue our growth rate.
This is an unpaid internship for school credit only. There is the potential to be brought on in a paid capacity at the end of 1 year.
You must be available at least 3 days per week and submit to us a schedule of what days and times you would be able to work. While you would not have set office hours we will expect you to be able to run errands and send out orders at various times throughout those days you list as being available.
Qualified candidates must have the following:
1) A love for the industry
2) An interest in design and styling
3) Transportation to our office at Panorama Towers and our storage facility in Blue Diamond
4) Amazing communication skills
5) An engaging and fun personality
6) A strong work ethic
7) Organization skills
8) Attention to Detail
9) Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word and Online Social Media like Facebook and Twitter

Requirements:Requirements
Must be available all weekends in April 2020 and at least 3 part time or 2 full days a week in the months leading up to April. Must be local to the Las Vegas area and have own transportation. Looking for people with an interest in fashion and marketing who have a strong work ethic and are team players good at multitasking
Responsibilities:The main tasks that we need help with are the following:
1) Organizing sample sets for a PR firm we work with, tradeshows that we attend, and for foreign distributors
2) Sending out orders to online customers and packaging orders for retail store clients
3) Helping with sourcing materials and trims for future collections
4) Communication with vendors and consultants
5) Some filing (maybe an hour a week)
6) Aiding in the purchase of office supplies, sample fabrics, and sample garments
7) Assisting with setup at tradeshows and other events such as popup stores or parties
8) Posting on social media like Twitter and Instagram and Pinterest
This internship is unpaid.
