Description:Métier Creative is an all-women-powered creative branding and advertising agency guiding luxury fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands into the social-first world.
We do 3 things really well: Launch new brands, re-imagine and refresh existing brands, and concept-then-execute unique, one-off, disruptive projects that get people screenshotting.
Our client list includes: Dior, Tiffany & Co., Moda Operandi, Stuart Weitzman, Miami Design District, Salvatore Ferragamo, OUAI, Hudson Jeans, JBRAND Jeans, Estée Edit & more.
Requirements:You are a well-versed, social media-savvy individual. You are strategic in thinking and creative in execution. You are detail-oriented, hyper-organized and confident. You have a passion for social media and digital influencers. You find yourself scrolling Instagram obsessively before you go to sleep. You screenshot everything, tag friends in the comments of funny memes and have a list of people you like to Insta-stalk online for inspiration, humor, etc. You are a self-starter, enjoy working independently with minimal supervision, but you’re a consummate team player.
Additional Requirements:
• 2+ years social media management
• 2+ years social media copywriting experience
• Strong grasp of social media trends amongst teenagers and young adults (e.g. meme culture)
• Strong time management/organizational skills with ability to prioritize work
• Proficient on a MAC computer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Applicants who can secure school credit will be prioritized
Responsibilities:Assist with content calendar creation and copywriting across social media channels (incl. content creation for Instagram Grid, Stories, IGTV, etc.)
Participate in brainstorms related to product launches, campaigns, partnerships, etc.
Implement best practices for Community Management and constantly look to surface suggestions for areas of optimization across all platforms.
Provide monthly analytical reporting on follower growth, engagement, etc., which will include high-level key learnings, areas of optimization & takeaways.
Participate in weekly client Status Calls and Monthly Social Analytic and Reporting Recap Calls to discuss key learning, takeaways, updates on the channels, audience, platforms, POV of innovation for the platforms, etc.
Stay abreast of the ever-evolving digital behaviors and trends and provide ongoing creative and strategic inspiration to the team.
Assist with casting, production and execution of Influencer marketing programs
Provide in-depth research to inform projects and proposals.
