Merlette is seeking a talented, dedicated intern to assist the team. Start early January 2019 for a period of at least 3 months.
Unpaid, but daily travel and lunch allowances will be reimbursed.
Available a minimum of 4 days per week (Monday-Friday).
Available to start early January 2019.
Happy to work in a small team and willing to learn about all aspects of running a fashion brand.
Great Attention to Detail.
Focused and diligent.
Candidate must have a good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Experience in Order Management and Customer Service.
Assist in sample development.
Sample Trafficking; booking in and out samples.
Assistance with press appointments and photoshoots.
Maintaining the sample collections.
Assistance with Inventory management.
Assisting with events and market week
Review and fulfill orders received on Shopify.
Wrapping and shipping all online orders.
Ensure inventory levels are adequate for order fulfillment.
Responding to customer inquiries.
Assisting in tracking all packages to ensure delivery.
Support team in shipping wholesale orders and wholesale appointments.
Social media assistance.
