Merlette New York, a Brooklyn-based luxury womenswear RTW brand is looking for a talented and motivated Marketing and Digital Intern to support online sales, marketing and social media. This is an exciting opportunity with a fast-growing luxury fashion business.
This role is perfect for an ambitious, self-starter, that will have an opportunity to work in a small team. This position offers room for growth into complete management of the channels they will start with supporting.
The Marketing and Digital Intern will report to the Marketing and PR Manager.

The Marketing and Digital Intern will report to the Marketing and PR Manager.
● Qualifications: Obtained or pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or other related field.
● Must have a love for fashion and an interest to learn about the industry
● Excellent English reading, verbal, and written skills
● Proficient in Word, Excel, Google, Canva, Klaviyo
● Accuracy and clear communication is critical for this position
● Self-starter, team player, motivated and entrepreneurial
● Highly organized and detail-oriented
● Focus on customer experience and process improvement
Responsibilities:● Must have a love for fashion and an interest to learn about the industry
● Excellent English reading, verbal, and written skills
● Proficient in Word, Excel, Google, Canva, Klaviyo
● Accuracy and clear communication is critical for this position
● Self-starter, team player, motivated and entrepreneurial
● Highly organized and detail-oriented
● Focus on customer experience and process improvement
● Help develop and post engaging and innovative content for all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
● Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the design and marketing teams to support product launches, promotional events, email marketing, and other marketing initiatives.
● Assist with customer experience including customer service, returns, and online order fulfillment via 3rd party warehouse.
● Analyzing selling, trends, and return data to provide suggestions and feedback with actions to increase conversions
● Assist with drop-ship e-commerce partnerships and handle tasks specific to each partner, and onboarding new partners and integrations
● Assist with keeping the website updated and ensure an optimized user experience
● Additional support where required to provide seasonal assistance to the wholesale sales team with order entry and checking and completion of product data sheets as needed
