Merlette is seeking a talented, dedicated intern to assist in ecommerce and order fulfillment for Summer 2018.

-Available a minimum of 3 days per week (Monday-Friday).
-Available to start Mid May 2018.
-Happy to work in a small team.
-Great Attention to Detail. Focused and diligent.
-Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
-Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
-Experience in Order Management and Customer Service.

-Review and fulfill orders received on Shopify.
-Wrapping and shipping all online orders.
-Ensure inventory levels are adequate for order fulfillment.
-Responding to customer inquiries.
-Assisting in tracking all packages to ensure delivery.
-Support team in shipping wholesale orders.
-Travel costs will be reimbursed.
