The fine luxury handbags, including the best-selling Grace Box bag, are produced with a dedication to fine craftsmanship and effortless elegance.
Requirements:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel).
Applicants must be able to bring in a laptop and smart phone.
Ability to take initiative and must have the confidence to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Must be reliable with excellent organizational skills and very strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Students with an interest in luxury fashion and Public Relations.
Candidates must be able to commit to at least 3-4 full days a week.
Responsibilities:Facilitating and fulfilling sample trafficking of sample & press loans + image requests including shipments to editors/stylists/bloggers/publications/retailers, checking in returns and helping in keeping an accurate inventory, and showroom organization and inventory tracking consistently.
Coordinating messenger services and overnight shipments.
Assist with day to day operations.
Organizing the showroom to visually represent the brand the best way possible, organize samples once they arrive from Italy.
Assist with with pre-market prep and post-market takedown of showroom and sample management.
Pack and unpack samples/fixtures for sales events.
Assist in organization and occasionally participate in Mark Cross events
Maintain collateral stock (bags, tissue paper, ribbons, folders, letterhead, press kits).
