Madison Avenue Couture is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Luxury Goods Intern to support various departments within our fast-paced luxury resale business. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across operations, sales, authentication, business development, and more.
The intern will work closely with multiple teams, contributing to both day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about the luxury fashion industry, possess excellent communication skills, and are eager to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Passion for luxury fashion and familiarity with brands such as Hermès, Chanel, and Goyard
Familiarity with Shopify and/or Photoshop a plus
Previous retail, fashion, or luxury experience preferred

Assist with the organization and reconciliation of inventory, including space allocation and stock updates
Support the operations team with logistics coordination, data entry, and general inventory tasks
Support the sales team during client appointments, including pulling and preparing showroom pieces
Work with the authentication team to take and gather images as needed
Contribute to business development efforts through event planning, coordination, and general errands
Assist the buying team with product pickups, drop-offs, and sourcing support
