Description:This internship offers hands-on experience in ecommerce operations for a leading luxury retail brand. The intern will work directly with inventory data management, learning essential skills in product digitization, data accuracy, and ecommerce platform operations. This role provides exposure to the intersection of luxury retail and digital commerce while building technical and analytical capabilities.
Requirements:Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program (Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Retail Management, or related field preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new software platforms
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for content creation and workflow optimization
Strong image search capabilities and experience working with digital images
Ability to source, evaluate, and utilize product images effectively
Excellent written communication skills for creating product descriptions
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and time management skills
Interest in ecommerce, retail operations, or luxury brands
Ability to commit to 16-24 hours per week
Responsibilities:Create accurate and detailed product descriptions for luxury inventory items
Upload and maintain product data using inventory management tools and systems
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all assigned product categories
Collaborate with vendor partners to coordinate inventory digitization efforts
Conduct quality checks on product information before publishing to the website
Update inventory records and resolve data inconsistencies
Support the ecommerce team with special projects as needed
Document processes and contribute to workflow improvements
