Lizzie Fortunato Jewels is looking for Wholesale & E-Commerce
Founded in 2008 by twin sisters Lizzie and Kathryn, Lizzie Fortunato creates unique, luxurious accessories that are influenced by art, travel, and artisanal craftwork. Each collection is produced locally, with intention, in New York City and the brand is sold in department stores and specialty boutiques worldwide including Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Avenue.
We're looking for someone to start as soon as possible and candidates must be able to commit to 2-3 days a week.
- Passionate about Lizzie Fortunato brand and small / start-up setting Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask on several projects
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and highly organized
Wholesale:
• Assist in sample coordination - fill wholesale and press requests and traffic samples with strong attention to detail
o Includes entering press loans into company’s database and communicating with press and retail outlets to call back samples or request press credits on regular basis
o Create weekly press recaps
• Assist the sales team during market with note taking and showroom management
• Fill-in copy sheets with strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy around product and collection information
o Provide assets (imagery, copy, etc.) to wholesale accounts
• Create wholesale recaps on existing and prospective wholesale accounts
• Analyze sales trends and create weekly bestseller reports
E-Commerce:
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining collection pages through Shopify on a weekly basis
• Regularly review the website and flag any errors or inconsistencies
• Perform competitor research and log best-in-class customer service policies or online experiences
o Provide recommendations to improve the customer journey on lizziefortunato.com from start to finish
• Assist with showroom staging for direct customer appointments
• Ad-hoc requests: assist the team with various requests and analysis as they relate to ongoing projects or initiatives
