Li Organics is looking for Graphic Design + Content Creation Intern
practices and traditional methods of making skincare. We work with local skincare artisans in Malaysia where some of our products are handcrafted preserving unique and time honored traditional methods. In addition to preserving the wisdom of ancient beauty practices, we work closely with US chemists with 40+ years of industry experience to create biochemically synergistic and transformative formulas.
Our ingredients go beyond clean and are formulated with organically and responsibly farmed plant ingredients largely from Southeast Asia, due to the fertile, alluvial, and nutrient rich soil availability in this region. This leads to plants that are richer in micronutrients and antioxidants, and thus more potent in their power to heal our skin.
Through our partnership with Project Orphans, Li Organics gives 10% of its profits to supporting children’s education in poverty zones, so that these children can have hope for a future, and be free from poverty.
Li Organics launched in February 2019 and we are looking for a motivated, positive, and competent intern to join our growing team! This internship will be hands-on, a wonderful learning opportunity, and portfolio builder. You will have real responsibilities and creative input.
You will be able to work remotely with biweekly communication. School credit OR weekly stipend if needed is offered.

* Proficient in all social media. Knowledge of influencers and celebrities, and current trends in Social Media.
* Graphic Design major preferred.
* Basic knowledge of typography, color, and graphic design fundamentals.
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. Experience with Canva is a plus.
* Strong creative and analytical skills.
* Experience n creating video reels across social media platforms, mainly Instagram and TikTok
* Excellent in communication and good ability to be empathetic to our brand audience and their needs.
* Previous experience or internship in Beauty/ Fashion Public Relations is preferred but not required.
* Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.
* Can commit to 2-3 days a week, or a total minimum of 15 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months. Working remotely is okay.
* Must have up to date computer skills, including Microsoft / Google Suite (bonus if you are proficient or know how to use illustrator/photoshop).
* Have a positive attitude and be a team player.
* Detail-oriented, positive, hardworking, and organized. Passionate about the Beauty Industry and the Li Organics mission.
* Must be able to receive school credit, or okay with a weekly stipend.
* A great attitude is an absolute must.
* Create high quality videos and reels for social media.
* Assist with email marketing designs and layouts.
* Create ad campaigns for social media marketing.
* Research brand ambassadors and new faces to grow our Li Organics community.
* Manage outreach to brand ambassadors, product send outs, and communication with the team on a weekly basis.
* Perform market research. Assist in social media planning and activities.
* Assist in various admin duties as needed.
