LER Public Relations is looking for PR Intern
SoHo NYC based Public Relations firm L.E.R. PR is seeking Fashion Interns ASAP for the Fall 2018 Semester (Duration: As soon as possible until December.) **This is an unpaid internship. School credited can be provided if needed.**
-Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
-Detail oriented with the ability to multitask a must
-Adept at problem solving and creative thinking a plus
Duties include but are not limited to the below:
*Clip Formatting & Media Tracker
Why we do it:
- To document in an organized and effective way when our clients get press coverage
- To keep track of the outlets, stories, editors, amount of coverage for each client
*Sample Tracking – Fashion GPS - Packing, Sending, Processing Returns
Why we do it:
- To keep track of all the samples that are coming in and going out, their tentative return date, and detailed information about how and for what the samples will be potentially used
- So the stylists (or whoever is receiving the samples) know which samples they are getting and how much they are worth
*LER PR Blog (Drafting posts, adding appropriate SEO tags)
*Social Media - Engagement
*Assisting at New York Fashion Week Events / Other Client Activations
- Backstage check-in, seating, program distribution, Fashion GPS event check-in, set -up
*Researching, pulling, & updating media lists
*Keeping the showroom neat, tidy, and organized for stylist pulls & appointments
This internship is unpaid.
