Description:Gain hands-on experience with a top Manhattan-based celebrity stylist, assisting on advertising campaigns and editorial shoots. This intensive role requires a highly organized individual with one year of prior fashion internship experience and proficiency in Google Docs/Slides/Excel/Canva. You'll manage press samples, handle extensive showroom runs across NYC (must be able to lift and carry heavy bags), and provide crucial pre/post-shoot and on-set support. A stellar work ethic and a proactive "can-do" attitude are essential. NYC-based candidates only. Immediate start date.

We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running. All applicants must meet the following criteria:
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of prior fashion magazine or PR internship experience is required.
Education: In school or recent graduate
Technical Skills: Must be MAC savvy and proficient in Google Slides, Docs, and Excel. Design programs are a plus.
Location: Must currently live in NYC and have an intimate knowledge of how to navigate the city efficiently.
Attitude: Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, a stellar work ethic, and a proactive "can-do" attitude are essential. A genuine passion for editorial styling and runway trends is a must.

Responsibilities:As an intern, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of a busy styling studio. Responsibilities include:
Sample Management: Prepping for shoots (packing, transporting, picking up, and returning samples), creating labels, and maintaining meticulously organized tracking sheets in Excel.
Logistics & Communication: Facilitating communication (phone, email, messengers) with PR agencies and showrooms. You must be adept at navigating NYC to handle showroom pickups/returns.
Pre-Shoot Support: Assisting with style-outs, researching inspiration, creating mood boards, and organizing look requests.
On-Set Assistance: Providing crucial on-set support, including steaming, packing, and organizing samples.
Administrative Tasks: Maintaining contact sheets, documenting pick-ups and returns, naming look files, responding to emails, and tracking runway shows.
