Lâcher Prise Apparel is looking for a trustful and proactive intern, someone we can delegate and trust to handle some of the communication, PR and social media management.
We would like a young soul with great motivation and communication skills to help us handle the social media strategy on our different platforms, as well as some press work if needed. This is an opportunity to learn about the fashion industry from top to bottom, working alongside our founder.
This is a remote internship. We are based in Brooklyn, looking for remote working with occasionally coming in (2-3 times a month)
- College fashion student or recent grad majoring in communications or marketing preferred
- Located in NYC
- Experience with copy writing / journalism / pitching content
- Impeccable oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite to create graphics for Social Media.
- Performs well in environment that values creativity, flexibility, and variety
- Passionate about social media and excited to pitch content and strategy for SM.
- Assisting with social media content and email newsletters
- Actively engaging with fans and customers on social media
- Maintaining and growing a robust influencer database
- Working with social media influencers and campaign development
- Updating press lists and fielding inbound inquiries
- Organizing giftings/mailings/sample tracking
- Reach out to editors and publication to increase brand awareness and values
- Assisting with photoshoots and influencer events
