Specializing In Beauty, Wellness and Personal Care. We are a PR supergroup of interdisciplinary experts who craft brand stories, establish thought leaders and build communities through media, social and experiential.
Requirements:Candidates must have excellent multitasking skills, pay close attention to detail while completing tasks in a timely manner, be proficient in excel, and above all, have a strong desire for a career in Public Relations and the fashion industry.
Attention to detail, good administrative, analytical, problem solving, oral/written communication skills are required.
10:00 AM-5:00 PM, 3-5 days per week (MUST be available at least 2 days a week), can be remote
Responsibilities:Attention to detail, good administrative, analytical, problem solving, oral/written communication skills are required.

● Working on Muckrack as an online contact database and for research
● Working on Fashion GPS as an online contact database, sample tracker and events manager
● Tracking Samples to and from Fashion Editors at magazines such as Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, InStyle, People, and freelance stylists
● Monitoring digital press (social media channels) for client mentions & coverage on daily basis
● Building reports & compiling post insights for paid campaigns
● Researching new & upcoming Influencers and content creators,
● Updating media Lists and company contact lists
● Monitoring for coverage from deliveries & clipping press in real time
● Working on Fashion GPS as an online contact database, sample tracker and events manager
