OFFICE CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB DESCRIPTION
Handling phone & email inquiries for WHOLESALE.
Assisting SALES TEAM on office basic procedures
Processing WHOLESALE ORDERS that starts with PURCHASE ORDER APPROVAL, to fulfillment and invoices in ERP tool and creating labels that go along the shipments.
Managing Stocks and Inventories.
Manage Product Returns & Exchange.
Weekly Report and Meeting with the Managers
WHOLESALE TEAM IS NOT PEAK ALL THE TIME, if available you may be asked to do some simple tasks that doesn't involve ADVANCE SKILLS.
Willing to be trained for our Wholesale TOOL specifically MAGENTO and BRANDBOOM
