This internship is unpaid.
knyt & lynk is seeking a business savvy intern to join the sales team. Great opportunity to gain hands on experience with sales & merchandising. We are a contemporary women’s cashmere sweater & knitwear label. Carried by Nordstrom, Anthropologie, South Moon Under and boutiques across the country. Stipend for transportation & lunch, along with a letter of recommendation provided upon completion of internship.
Requirements:Current fashion student available 2/3 days a week.
Proficient in Microsoft office, Photoshop a plus.
Strong communication & writing skills.
Social media savvy.
Candidate must be reliable, organized and a self starter.
Possess the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Help during showroom appointments & sales meetings.
Buyer follow up work as assigned.
Merchandise sample collections and showroom upkeep.
Update and maintain account lists.
Make brand introductions, relationship building.
Research new stores, cold calling potential accounts.
Assist with email and call campaigns.
Monitor sample requests & loans.
Handle day to day tasks and special projects.
Help during showroom appointments & sales meetings.
