K2 Global Events Agency is looking for Event Production Intern
Created by the merger of K2 and Karla Otto in 2017, reinforced with the partnership with the Dubai-based agency The Qode in 2018, The Independents offer global communication, consulting, events, digital and marketing services for the fashion, luxury, beauty and lifestyle industries.
K2 and Karla Otto works across an international, multi-disciplinary collective to conceive, manage and execute 360°projects and campaigns for the world’s leading brands and companies.
- must be in school
- proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, and powerpoint)
- must be able to work in a fast pased enviroment
- extremely organzied and able to effectively multi task
- assist onsite with production set up and breakdown
- venue research
- prepare and manage production kits for events teams per job
- assist on site visits
- assisting in maintenance of showroom
- create venue decks and presentations
- administrative tasks and errands
- Kidnly note payement is as follows,
You will be reimbursed for your travel each month i.e (metrocards, LIRR etc.) Additionally you will be provided $100 for lunch that is to be utilized throughout the duration of the internship.
This internship is paid.
