Julie Brooke Williams has been a stylist in nyc for well over a decade, working with companies such as H&M, Miu Miu, Barney’s NY, Target, Revlon and Amazon fashion. She frequently styles editorials for magazines like Vogue, The Last Magazine, V, L’Officiel, Kidswear, etc, and often works with celebrities in the music, tv and film industries.
In this internship you will be expected to represent the team on set and behind the scenes in an intelligent, creative, sensitive and thoughtful way. You must be an excellent problem solver, be swift and smart when taking directions, willing to lift heavy bags, find your way around the city, and work passionately.
Smart, quick thinking, genuine LOVE and KNOWLEDGE of fashion and fashion styling. Awareness of fashion brands, trends, collections. Must be studying fashion related courses.
Must always be on time and very familiar with Nyc/Brooklyn.
Must be super smart and think quickly on your toes.
Must learn process for creating sample inventory with spreadsheets and photographs.
Must run sample collections and returns from showrooms.
Must shop for supplies on occasion.
Must learn on set etiquette and production processes.
This internship is unpaid.
