Jennifer Behr introduced her namesake collection of distinctive, luxury hair accessories in 2005. Since then, the collection has grown to include a range of seductive headpieces, jewelry and hats. Jennifer Behr is sold at fine retailers all over the world including Bergdorf Goodman, Net-A-Porter, Saks Fifth Avenue, Selfridges, Le Bon Marche and many more.
We are looking for a highly motivated Public Relations Intern who wants first-hand experience in beauty and accessories PR. The internship provides an opportunity to get to know the ins and outs of communications, digital marketing, and social media.
Requirements
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proficient with Photoshop and InDesign
Must be currently enrolled in a 4-year college program
Must have an appreciation for a fine, luxury product and the craftsmanship that goes into creating this product
Responsibilities
Monitor press placements as they come in
Assist with editorial pulls for stylists, celebrities, and editors
Assist with writing press releases
Organization of showroom and samples
Maintenance of web site and ecommerce
Creating content for social media & email blasts
