Description:Iris Covet Book is a quarterly published luxury fashion and lifestyle magazine. We aspire to bring our readers a diverse glimpse into the worlds and personalities of fashion, beauty, culture, philanthropy, and art. Artists and designers who are emerging in their craft, to legends who have become masters in their industries; we would like to amplify the stories of a full gamut of talented innovators. Iris Covet Book is a compilation of these stories, images, and people who we believe are aspirational, and we want to share it with the world. We believe sharing an individual’s story brings an important opportunity for us to listen and learn from one another.
We are currently seeking contributing writers to produce digital content for IRIS Web. They will work directly with our PR/Editorial Intern to coordinate the production and posting of original editorial pieces for the website. The project's goal is to translate the experience of our print readers to our digital platform. This is an excellent opportunity for students who want a career in the fashion editorial industry to develop their digital portfolio.
Requirements:Requirements include but are not limited to:
-Ability to work efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail
-Strong fact-checking and copy writing abilities
-Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
-Professionalism
-Art / fashion majors are a plus
Responsibilities:Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Supporting our digital team with current and upcoming projects
-Assisting with online fashion, art, events, and travel editorials
-Providing support to our art and fashion news coverage
-Research and attend local events occurring within the art and fashion communities
