HTOWN is a sales + marketing company based in New York City. Founded in 2012, HTOWN specializes in: Fashion Accessory Sales, Fashion Apparel Sales, Tech Accessory Sales, Brand Development, Brand Marketing + Private Label. HTOWN provides sales + marketing services to HTOWN brands worldwide. APT (Apartment) H, a division of HTOWN, introduces new brands to leading retail buyers, magazine editors + celebrity stylists. Since launching, HTOWN + APT H have become essential destinations for the best stores + media to discover new brands + products.
Requirements:- Applicants must have an interest in Fashion.
- Applicants must be available 2-4 months, 15-20 hours/week.
- Applicants must be fluent in English.
- Applicants must be able to bring in a laptop and smart phone.
- Applicants must be proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and/or Google Sheets, Keynote.
Responsibilities:- Applicants must be available 2-4 months, 15-20 hours/week.

Assisting and supporting the sales & PR team as directed. Carrying out administrative assignments accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinating sample pulls for editorial shoots, VIP stylists, and internal teams. Facilitating package delivery, coordinating messenger services, as well as national and international shipping. Placement overview, including tagging magazines, preparing weekly credit packages and maintaining placement reports. Assisting with showroom maintenance and upkeep of all product closets. Maintaining accurate product inventories and preserving the integrity of the samples over the course of the season. Assisting department with other tasks, i.e. scheduling appointments, preparing events, etc. Assisting with special projects and market research as needed.
