The High Street Showroom is looking for Women's Contemporary Showroom Intern
The High Street showroom is a multi line showroom that currently represents different contemporary fashion lines. We work with buyers that range from Major department stores (Saks, Neiman, Net-a-Porter, Shopbop) to speciality boutiques nation/worldwide. As sales representatives we are responsible for finding new stores to carry our brands as well as working with existing clients to get reorders.
• Previous sales or marketing experience a plus
• Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
• Proficient on MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong sense of urgency, ability to assist with details and projects while responding to changing priorities and feedback
• Comfortable communicating with buyers
• Must be able to work 2-3 days full time per week
** Experience with JOOR is a plus **
• Maintaining the showroom for market and assisting with market appointments
• Writing & submitting orders on JOOR and Company POs
• Assisting sales team during Market shows (Coterie, Pre-Coterie, etc)
• Communicating with buyers to get orders and re-orders
• Sending email blasts using mail chimp.
• Organizing and coordinating samples for send outs
• Updating weekly selling reports
• General office support
