Hermès is currently accepting applications of students seeking an internship in the realm of Communications. The core objective of our internship program is to provide a unique, hands-on and educational learning experience surrounding the richness of the Hermès universe and its collections. All Hermès of Paris (HOP) internships are paid and are eligible to students currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program. Kindly provide your resume to my attention at
- Available 3-5 days a week, 9am-5.30pm
- Lives in the Tri State Area
- Expert in Microsoft Office programs
- Detail oriented and precise in execution of all projects
- Hard-working, positive attitude
-Report to the Director, Managers and Coordinator of Special Events
- Organize and maintain all special events collateral and materials
- Collect RSVPs for all Special Events and update the master guest list
- Assist Special Events team on-site at all NYC events
- Research venues, caterers, potential vendors for events and compile findings
- Record all invoices into the Budget Ledger
- Assist Coordinator in maintaining the Special Events off-site and internal inventory
- Any other projects the Special Events team may need!
