OF HER OWN KIND is a sustainable womenswear brand based in Brooklyn. We are looking for part-time interns who are available to start mid-Feb to assist with all aspects of the design & development process.

- Commitment of 1-2 days a week
- Passionate, hardworking multitasker interested in working with a start-up brand
- Fashion design major
- Proficiency in Adobe: Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign
- Hand-sewing/patternmaking skills
- Understanding of fabrics and construction
Responsibilities:- Passionate, hardworking multitasker interested in working with a start-up brand

- Design research, working directly with founder
- Locally source and organize trims, fabric
- Assist with sample development in garment district
- Maintaining samples, preparing for fittings
