The Folklore is looking for Graphic Design/ Photography Interns

The Folklore is an innovative online retail concept operating out of New York City. The Folklore stocks high-end and emerging designers from Africa and the diaspora, and serves as a cultural hub for contemporary brands, artists and creatives to showcase their personal stories. Our carefully curated product-line reflects the diversity of Africa's contemporary urban landscapes and design aesthetic. We deliver apparel, accessories, shoes, bags, and homeware that can live in cities around the world, and be enjoyed by men and women who appreciate luxurious, thoughtful, clean and boundary-pushing design.We are looking for college student to join our growing team for the Fall 2018 semester as our Design/Photography and E-commerce/Social Media interns.This position is mostly remote, however one weekly trip to New York City is required so applicants should live in the Tri-state area. Previous internship/work experience is required, must be a self-starter and know how to work well independently, as well as with a team. This position is unpaid and for school credit only.
