Fivestory seeks a dynamic, enthusiastic, detail-oriented intern to support the buying team. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to be part of a luxury retailer.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Basic understanding of Retail buying principles
• Enthusiastic team player
• Must be resourceful, proactive, organized, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidates should be available 3-4 days a week
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
MERCHANDISING/BUYING
• Assist with generating weekly sales reports
• Engage and collaborate with cross functional departments (Ecommerce, Personal Styling)
• Assist Buyer with assortment building and vendor communication
• Create Competitive Market analysis & Trend Recap analysis
• Provide administrative and other ad hoc support as needed
