Location: New York, NY US
When: Internship to start on June 22, 2018
Accepting Applications Until: July 07, 2018
Description:Everythingyoo.com is an online marketplace offering quality goods at exclusive prices. From fashion and home goods, to sporting goods, electronics and everything in between. We are still in the early stages, and are launching soon. Ideally, you would be on board before that happens.
This is not a glamorous office setting, and you will not be doing mundane tasks like getting coffee or running "errands." You will work hard and diligently on helping a founder build an e-commerce business. This is a great opportunity to grow with a company from the ground up. You will be working remotely most of the time, or on occasion with me at a local coffee shop, in which case breakfast or lunch will be covered by me. This is an unpaid position, but there is an opportunity to make money after a 60 day evaluation - possibly sooner!
I am looking for an intern immediately, so if this ad is still posted, I'm still looking. Don't mind the start date. If this ad is posted, I have yet to find someone.
All candidates will be given a chance. Please send resume and cover letter to be considered. Interviewing until the right candidate is chosen.
This is a great opportunity where you'll be part of a growing team, where you'll be appreciated, respected and heard, a place where YOUR ideas can come to life. Join us! :)
Requirements:What is absolutely necessary is someone with their own computer/cell phone and has access to high speed internet. You will work remotely most of the time after you are interviewed. Other requirements:
Photoshop skills (proficient or above average skills)
Marketing background/ education (not a requirement, but a plus)
Top of your class (also a plus!)
Hard worker
Trustworthy
Honest
Confident
Open and transparent communicator
Responsibilities:Simple Photoshop picture editing (cutting out pictures from one image and posting them onto other images collage style - something I cannot teach you, hence the need for Photoshop skills)
Social media audience interaction and engagement. Room for learning about advertising on the internet, and many more things.
This internship is unpaid.
